Engineering: Systems conceptualization and analysis of design solutions; development and production of detailed construction drawings, specifications and cost estimates. Provide related construction observation and shop drawing review; energy conservation. Implementation; inspection, testing and deficiency analysis reports with recommendations of system upgrade and correct existing system problems related to indoor air quality.
Management: Mentoring of mechanical engineering groups, client liaison, marketing proposal preparation and presentation. Preparation of fee estimates and design budgets, preparation and negotiation of professional service contracts, scheduling projects and coordination of inter-discipline production, conduct employment interviews of personnel, personnel evaluations and wage and salary adjustments.

Hospitals, university buildings, schools and community colleges, commercial high and low rise buildings, big box retail such as Burdines and Macy’s, clean rooms, television studios, churches and synagogues, banks, data centers and computer facilities, libraries, museums, military installations, refrigerated storage buildings, laboratories, restaurants, entertainment facilities, central chiller plants and boiler plants. Single building sizes have been up to 750,000 square feet and 18 stories high with single project costs over $180 million. Single system capacities have been up to 5,000 tons of air conditioning.
